Places to Eat

We are lucky to have plenty of friendly & welcoming pubs close by. You don't have to go for a meal; you'll be welcome to drop in for a coffee or tea or a pint of foaming ale.

The Hand Inn, Llanarmon

The Hand has all the classic ingredients – old beams, roaring fireplaces & real ale. â€‹The menu changes constantly, although certain "old favourites" - freshly battered fish and chips or Welsh lamb rump - don't go away.

For a cosy quiet drink, pop into their Lounge Bar and relax in comfort amongst the original exposed beams.

Whether you fancy a snack or a full meal, featuring traditional pub fayre or home cooked recipes, as well as the tried and tested pub favourites, their menu has something for everyone's taste.

The menu focuses on simple, well-cooked food made from quality local produce. Many ingredients are sourced from nearby butchers & farms. Try their pub classics like fish and chips and lasagne. Portions are generous, flavours are traditional, and everything is served in a relaxed, country setting.
