Graeme and I have returned again to the scenic Lake Vyrnwy with its sculpture park, woodland trail, dam, waterfall walk, cafe, wooden play park for children & picnic area. Hire of bikes to cycle around the lake and hire of kayaks and canoes to lauch on to the lake can be made here. This time we visited to take a walk and admire the views. It is always just so picturesque.
On this visit there was a difference! The gates of the dam were open and watching the water fall and the sound of the water gushing down were spectacular.
This time we didn't stop for Bara Brith in the cafe we went to the NEW CHOCOLATE CABIN. All food and drink items are chocolate based - a real treat!
